I didn't get caught on the big man's new laptop last night. Thank goodness. Mom is out of town at a place called North Carolina. She is not happy because it is cold there. The big man says that 70 is not cold, but Mom says it is. Then the big man says Mom is an amphibian. I don't know what that is but Mom denies it.

Back to those people babies.....

Me and Mom like to go out on the nice porch with a screen in the morning and drink coffee when it is not too cold. Sometimes she reads the paper out there, sometimes the paper blows away and she gets mad and goes in the house. Well, not when the people babies are here! Oh no! They get up early and start bothering me first thing. I was out on the nice porch with a screen enjoying my coffee, when here they come, right out in their sleeping clothes. A cat can't get any relief when they are here.

Mom is coming home tomorrow. She promised she would go to the shelter when she gets back and get me a new kitty. She and the big man are going away on a vacation next week and if I don't get a new kitty before then, I'll be here by myself and I will not like that at all. I won't be able to write here when they are gone because I'll be locked out of the house.

Mom said a people man is coming to look at our guest house to see if he wants to live there. That will be good as I will have a place to hide when she doesn't treat me right. Maybe I'll make friends with him and he'll let me hang out at his place when the people babies are around. I know he'll like me, everybody likes me because I am a cool cat.
