Mom's home.

She got her stuff out of the car, came right in and called the shelter! She's really going to do it! I'm going to get a new kitty! She's going in the morning at 8 o'clock. I'm going to be sure and run in the house as soon as the big man opens the door in the morning so I can wake her up and get her there on time.

Some people men came over today and took all our stuff out of the garage. I was playing with them some and they played back just a little. Then they put big plastic bags on the floor. They got some stinky stuff in buckets and smeared it on the walls. They did that all day long. I hung around a bit, got on top of their car and licked myself for a while. I noticed the garage looked a lot brighter when they left.

Mom says she's glad to be back where its warm. She's crazy because it is not warm here, it is hot. She said North Carolina is a very cold place. She said that about the mountains a couple of weeks ago too. The big man just says she's an amphibian.

The big man is glad Mom is home. They were talking and she said the next time she drives to the airport, it will be when they go to get on the big boat in a place called Florida. I think it is only a few days and nights before they go. All I know is I better have a new kitty before they leave, or I'm using the new garage walls for a scratching post.

I can't wait until tomorrow. I hope the new kitty is cool, just like me. I am a cool cat.
