Things are getting better at our house, so Ink, I think I'll stick around a while. I know it is fun at your house with your dad being back from the place where people do not like each other shoot bombs called Iraq, but you have two stupid dogs at your house and I only have one bothersome cat at mine.

The men who do not talk like me or Mom came over and finished fixing the dining room walls so Mom does not have a project any more. She is very happy about her new walls and called a bunch of people on the phone acting all happy about it. Mrs. Cravitz came to our house and knocked on the door and told Mom she had a problem with her nose and wanted to come in our dining room. Mom laughed at Mrs. Cravitz and me and the big man were confused because we did not know Mom's new dining room walls would help people with their noses.

I stayed out of the way most of the day and at night when Mom cleaned up everything and put the furniture back. She was in a big hurry because she is getting up very early in the morning to put on her white shoes with laces and a cap and run away. But she always comes back. Then she is going to get those people babies that I do not like. I may hide all day tomorrow too.

Maybe it is good that people babies are coming and I can hide. The people babies can be mean to Shadow not me. I hope Mom yells at Shadow and tells her she better not hurt those people babies like she does to me. Because If Shadow gets to hurt the people babies and I don't, I will be mad because that is not fair.

I do not like it when things are not fair. That is not cool and I am a cool cat.

I am glad you mom's project is done. It's very pretty. I think Shadow is going to be a good friend to you when she grows up. Right now she is annoying though, just like the people babies.

Monkey, you would be so proud of me!!! Mommy put me outside this afternoon and there was another cat in my yard and I chased him off!!! My big people kid came running outside to "save" me (like I needed saving) and she almost let those stupid dogs out! But then I puffed up really big and chased off that gray cat! Then my big people kid carried me in the house like a conquering hero. Mommy keeps calling me Rocky now. I don't know who that is, but if it's someone tough then I like it.

I whooped a punk cat! I don't know his name. But I whooped him!

Ink, I bet that punk cat's name was Jesse. I like beating up punk cats. Keep up the good work. One day we will run away together and go rescue Sammie.
