I am a little mad at Mom today. I am mad at her because the new kitten, Shadow, ran away last night. Mom gets me a friend and just when I decide to like her, she runs away. That makes me sad and mad at Mom because if she did not get me a kitten to be my friend, it would not matter if it ran away.

The people kid Julie said Mom cannot have any more cats because a cat has to be a supercat to stay at our house and so far I am the only supercat. Mom said she would get me a supercat cape for Halloween, but I do not like Halloween because that is the day that people are mean to black cats. I stay in the house and hide on the day that is Halloween because little people kids are very scary and they come to our house and try to get me.

The people babies are still here and I do not know when they are going home. Mom put them in her new bicycle seat and rode them to the park yesterday and left me at home. That is not fair! I want to go to the park too! Black Hair Girl cries every time I go outside. I do not like people babies who cry all the time. Black Hair Boy does not talk, he just screams at me and pulls my tail.

Mom keeps telling Black Hair Boy to leave my tail alone. One time she swatted his hand and told him no. But he will not stop pulling my tail so I had to hit him. He cried and got mad but he has not pulled my tail any more. And I did not get in trouble for hitting him. Mom said I could not bite and scratch the people babies but I guess it is OK for me to hit them as long I do not hurt them.

I am helping Mom in her office now and we have a old people woman downstairs taking care of the people babies called a babysitter. Me and Mom can get our work done without those people babies bothering us. I hope Mom always gets a old people woman to take care of the people babies called a babysitter when the people babies are here because I don't have to be bothered by them and that is cool with me. Because I am a cool cat.
